1. Your account

You need an account to place an order. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. The name, phone number and delivery address on your account must be accurate, as we use them to confirm and deliver your order.

You must be 18 or over to buy a live animal, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you.

2. Animals, products and prices

We describe each animal as accurately as we can, including its species, morph, sex and hatch or birth date where known. Photos show the actual animal unless stated otherwise, but colours can look different on screen and animals keep growing and changing after the photo is taken. Sex is determined to the best of our ability and cannot always be guaranteed in very young animals.

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Delivery fees, discounts and any tax are shown before you submit your order and confirmed on your invoice. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if that happens we will tell you before taking payment and you may cancel.

3. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is a request to buy, not a completed sale. No payment is taken on this website. We will contact you to confirm availability, the final amount and how to pay (for example by bank transfer or cash). The sale is complete once we confirm your payment.

Animals are one of a kind. If one is sold or becomes unavailable before your payment is confirmed, we will tell you and you will not be charged for it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we believe the animal would not be properly cared for or the details on the order cannot be verified.

4. Delivery and self-collection

We will agree a delivery date or a self-collection time with you when we confirm your order. Live animals are only sent by methods suited to the species, and someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive them. If nobody is available at the agreed time, we may charge for a second delivery.

Responsibility for the animal passes to you when it is handed over to you or your representative, or when you collect it from our shop.

5. Health, returns and refunds

Every animal is checked before it leaves us. If an animal arrives unwell, injured or dead, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, with photos or video, and we will work with you on a replacement, credit or refund.

Because live animals are sensitive to handling, housing and diet, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind, or for problems caused by conditions after handover. Non-living products can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt; please contact us first. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

6. Care and legal responsibilities

By buying an animal you agree to provide suitable housing, heating, lighting, food and veterinary care, and to follow any care advice we give you. You are responsible for any permit or licence your local authority or the Department of Wildlife and National Parks (PERHILITAN) requires you to hold, and for not releasing any animal into the wild.

7. Use of this website

The text, photos and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use, scrape the site, or try to interfere with its operation or other customers' accounts.

We try to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
